  • Obiettivi: This course reviews basic control techniques on dynamic compensator design and introduces sensitivity functions to evaluate the robustness of the control loop. Regulation and tracking for nonlinear multivariable systems are then addressed. Several models of mechanical systems (bicycles, robots, suspensions, vehicles) are discussed and used to design feedback controls , to perform Matlab-Simulink simulations and to formulate mini projects.The final exam consists on a written part and on a oral part concerning the discussion of the projects proposed during the classes.
