Obiettivi: LEARNING OUTCOMES: The course aims at providing theoretical knowledge about the emergence and functioning of the administrative system of the EU and of its guiding principles. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: The course aims at providing the students with the instruments for a critical understanding of the guiding principles of EU admistrative law. APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: Through the exam of legal texts and case law, the course aims at enabling the students to gain the ability to search and use the sources of EU administrative law and to apply the appropriate concepts of EU administrative law to case studies emerging in practice. MAKING JUDGEMENTS: The student gains the ability to make a critical evaluation of processes and dynamics with respect to the functioning of the EU administrative system. COMMUNICATION SKILLS: The student gains the ability to present the legal notions acquired during the course using a proper technical language. LEARNING SKILLS: Attending the course, the student gains the ability to autonomously establish links among different topics of EU administrative law.
