  • Objectives: LEARNING OUTCOMES: Know and deepen the fundamentals of experimental approaches and bioinformatics tools useful for the analysis of genetic data of prokaryotes and their viruses. In particular, the aim of the course is to provide the theoretical basis of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) approaches used for the analysis of microorganisms and to present a number of bioinformatics tools useful for the analysis of this data.
