Objectives: LEARNING OUTCOMES: Knowledge of the musical phenomenon considered in the course, observing it in relation to the historical, sociological and cultural development. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: Knowledge and understanding of the theoretical and methodological foundations of Popular Music. APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: Apply the notions learned during the lessons, also in the context of individual research works. MAKING JUDGEMENTS:Making judgements and communication skills using scientific terminology in the field of ethnomusicology and popular music studies. LEARNING SKILLS: To obtain full autonomy in the study and research of sources.
