Prerequisites: Knowledge of fundamentals of ancient Greek language.
Objectives: AIMS Educational objectives: to develop ability of judgment and critical sense, to improve the communicative skills and to use on other texts the method of reading and analysis acquired in this module. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING To complete the knowledge on the morfology of ancient greek, to start the study of syntax, with the main elements, to focus attention on the lexicon APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING Application of the main tools provided by grammar to analyse and to translate a Greek text in Italian language. MAKING JUDGEMENTS Ability to independently interpret texts and documents in Greek language and elaborate personal judgements. COMMUNICATION SKILLS Appropriate language in the exposition of topics from Greek grammar and literature. LEARNING SKILLS Mastery to contextualize and deepen grammatical categories and historical-literary themes.
