  • Prerequisites: To�be�able�to�read�critically�the�sources�and�documents�of�the�Performing�and�Visual�Arts. Basic�skills�in�the�use�of�IT�tools. Basic�English�language.
  • Objectives: LEARNING�OUTCOMES:The�course�aims�to�provide�the�tools�and�basic�skills�to�understand�Open�Data,�Open�Access,�use�of�digital�technologies�and�their�application�(eg.� virtual museum, digital�archives�and�platforms�for the�visual andperforming�arts,�network�diffusion�and�international�and�interdisciplinary�sharing�of�cultural�heritage) . KNOWLEDGE�AND�UNDERSTANDING�:�The�student�will�have�to�acquire�knowledge�and�skills�on�the�use�of�new�technologies�for�studying,�researching�and�cataloguing�the�tangible and intangible�cultural�heritage.� APPLYING�KNOWLEDGE�AND�UNDERSTANDING:The�student�must�be�able�to�analyze�the�ontology�that�forms�the�basis�of�digital�platforms�and�archives,�including�the�terms�and�methodologies�that�have�created�the�metadation�of�the�tangible�and�intangible�cultural�heritage,�to�identify�strengths�and�weaknesses. MAKING�JUDGEMENTS:�The�adopted�methodological�tools�will�develop�in�the�student�a�good�range�of�critical�judgment�in�their�knowledge�and�competences. COMMUNICATION�SKILLS:The�student�will�be�able�to�communicate�what�they�have�learned,�using�properly�the�scientific�terminology�in�use. LEARNING�SKILLS:The�student�will�be�solicited�for�research�activities:�the�lectures�will�be�carried�out�actively�with�discussions�in�order�to�solve�problems.�The�lessons�will�be�accompanied�by�relaboration�activities�carried�out�individually�by�the�students,�comparing�themselves�with�the�sources�and�with�the�scientific�bibliography�in�Italian�and�English.
