  • Prerequisites: Have already taken an exam in Italian literature at the Triennale. Possess a scholastic knowledge of the history of Italian literature. Have an idea of the contemporary literary panorama.
  • Objectives: LEARNING OUTCOMES: The aim of the course is to provide the knowledge of Italian Literature in its relations with publishing processes. Many texts will be read through the identification of case studies. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: Knowledge of the genres and the different attitudes of Italian literature of the twentieth century towards its audience. APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: Acquisition of the ability to analyze a text from a historical-literary point of view, in relation to the genre and its topoi, and to identify relationships, motivations and editorial strategies. MAKING JUDGEMENTS: Ability to autonomously elaborate interpretations and solutions and to identify their relationships.
