Objectives: LEARNING OUTCOMES: Learning functioning and organization of information and communication services of central and local public administrations (press offices, public relations offices, web and social editorial offices, etc.). KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: Knowing organizational and regulatory context of public information, of public communication and new workflows of work and management. APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: Ability to apply the skills acquired in the different organizational contexts of the PA. Ability to support PA with services providers. MAKING JUDGEMENTS: Autonomy of analysis and judgment of the scenarios and of the information and communication needs of the PA COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Acquisition of communication skills related to the new professions of digital communication (digital storytelling, data analysis and visualization, multimedia production, digital editorial plans, info architecture)
