  • Objectives: LEARNING�OUTCOMES:�The�course�aims�to�provide�students�with�theoretical�knowledge�on�public�communication�and�practical�skills�on�how�to�implement�an�institutional�communication�project�that�aims�to�inform�citizens�and�transmit�a�message�of�public�utility.�In�particular,�the�focus�will�be�on�some�experiences�and�good�practices,�useful�for�a�better�understanding�of�the�topic.� KNOWLEDGE�AND�UNDERSTANDING:�of�methods,�tools�and�languages�aimed�at�achieving�effective�communication�for�citizens�in�the�context�of�a�public�administration. APPLYING�KNOWLEDGE�AND�UNDERSTANDING:�through�the�analysis�of�the�design�and�development�phases�of�an�integrated�communication�campaign. MAKING�JUDGEMENTS:�in�the�careful�and�accurate�evaluation�of�the�strategies�adopted�by�some�institutional�communication�campaigns�and�in�the�reflection�on�the�messages�encoded�and�transmitted�during�the�exercises�and�in�preparation�for�the�final�exam. COMMUNICATION�SKILLS:�The�course�includes�laboratory�activities�in�which�students�will�have�the�opportunity�to�simulate�the�transmission�of�messages�of�public�utility,�starting�from�current�news,�learned�from�reading�newspapers�and�/�or�listening�to�news�on�radio�or�television. LEARNING�SKILLS:�Students�will�be�able�to�increase�their�learning�skills�through�moments�of�reflection�with�the�teacher�and�with�course�colleagues.
