  • Objectives: The course aims to give students the knowledge of main transformations of food from ancient time to today. Undestand the principle role that the main historical-political and socio-economic changes have had in the agri-food field. The topics have the objective of making students to aquire the awerness and the ability to cricically the components relating to the production and distribution of food products. The aim of the course is also to make people undestand the geography of traditional local products as a tool for the development of the territory.
