  • Prerequisites: Knowledge of the historical development of the Greek literature Clear knowledge of the normative grammar of the Greek language and of its categories Basic knowledge of historical linguistic Autonomy in translating Greek literary texts
  • Objectives: The aim of the course consists in sharpening the linguistic competence in ancient Greek, in particular in relation to the diachronic development of the language and to the different genres of texts. The aim will be reached through the supply of notions of historical morphology. The course is completed by the linguistic reading of Homer.
